Throughout her career, Norma has earned the reputation of being an insightful and strategic thinker with exceptional media relations skills. This has resulted in significant, highly targeted media coverage for her clients and strong relationships with key reporters and influencers.
Prior to starting her own firm in 1999, Norma worked on the agency side for 10 years. As an account supervisor at Faiola Davis PR, she managed account teams for personal technology and videogame accounts. Before that, she spent five years at The Phelps Group, an integrated marketing communications firm. Norma holds a B.A. in Mass Communications/English and an M.A. in Psychology.
